It's odd that we don't have taco stands in Chicago. Every other block there's a taquería, but I mean for sidewalk eating.
Tamales, sure, I can get tamales on the sidewalk, but I need a fork to eat tamales in public. They're not really a hand food, as when they're done properly they ought to drip pork grease or cheese or both.

I live 15 minutes north of downtown Salt Lake City
I work 15 minutes southwest of downtown
My life seems to circle the urbanity of Salt Lake
I love the opposing forces of the city and the country life, mormon and non-mormon, and the beauty of this place I call home
I cannot imagine my life without the constant backdrop of the mountains
And I want to share all of that with all of you
My regular blog, where I post all things Thauna...Just-Thauna
Taco trucks are the BEST

Taco trucks? We have nothing here. I suppose it's too hot here 8 months of the year, but still I feel like I'm missing out.
